Personnel Code of Conduct

Introduction

This Code of Conduct establishes ethical and professional standards for all VENBEST LLC personnel engaged in security operations. Its purpose is to ensure high standards of safety, respect for human rights, legality, and transparency in all aspects of the company’s activities.

Scope

This policy applies to all VENBEST LLC personnel, contactors, and subcontactors involved in the provision of security services.

Policy Statements

1.Compliance with Laws and Regulations

  • All personnel must comply with applicable Ukrainian laws, international standards, and internal company regulations governing security activities.
  • Any conduct that violates human rights or involves unlawful or excessive use of force is strictly prohibited.

2.Respect for Human Rights

  • Employees must respect the dignity, rights, and freedoms of all individuals, without discrimination based on race, gender, age, religion, nationality, political beliefs, or other characteristics.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or any form of unfair treatment is forbidden.

3.Prohibition of Forced Labour

VENBEST LLC strictly prohibits the use of forced, bonded, or involuntary labour in any form. All employment relationships must be based on mutual consent and in compliance with applicable labour laws

4. Prohibition of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse

  • Any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, harassment, or inappropriate conduct is strictly forbidden.
  • All personnel must maintain professional boundaries and report any suspected incidents immediately.

5. Prohibition of Child Labour

  • The employment of children under the legal minimum working age is strictly prohibited. VENBEST LLC is committed to ensuring that no child labour is used in any aspect of its operations or supply chain.

6. Professionalism and Competence

  • Employees shall maintain the highest level of professionalism, possessing the necessary qualifications and training to perform their duties effectively.
  • Adherence to internal procedures, safety protocols, and client requirements is mandatory.

7. Confidentiality and Information Security

  • Confidential information related to the company, clients, or third parties must not be disclosed without proper authorization.
  • Personnel must comply with all policies on information security and data protection.

8. Accountability and Reporting

  • Each employee is personally accountable for their actions and compliance with this policy.
  • Any violations, incidents, or risks must be promptly reported to management.

9. Use of Weapons and Special Equipment

  • Use of weapons and special equipment must strictly follow Ukrainian law, company policies, and principles of proportionality.
  • Unjustified or excessive use of force is prohibited.

10. Interaction with Clients, Colleagues, and the Public

  • Personnel must maintain polite, professional, and constructive relationships with clients, colleagues, law enforcement, and the public.
  • Conflicts should be resolved peacefully and lawfully.

11. Safety and Environmental Responsibility

  • Employees shall contribute to the safety of people, property, and the environment.
  • Continuous improvement of security management systems in line with ISO 18788 is encouraged.

12. Anti-Corruption and Ethical Conduct

  • Bribery, corruption, and unethical behavior are strictly forbidden.
  • Employees must act with honesty, transparency, and integrity.

Enforcement and Disciplinary Actions

Failure to comply with this Code of Conduct Policy may result in disciplinary measures, including termination of employment, in accordance with company procedures and applicable law.

Employee Acknowledgment

All employees must commitment to read, understand, and sign an acknowledgment form confirming their commitment to abide by this Code of Conduct Policy.

Review and Updates

This policy will be reviewed annually or as required to ensure ongoing compliance with legal requirements and best practices.
